Premier Medical takes pride that virtually all of our patients are seen on
or very close to their scheduled time.  To do this,
we normally treat
patients with a scheduled appointment.

When an unexpected problem arises, please call our office first, rather
than "walk-in" unexpectedly.  But if circumstances present where you do
"walk-in", we will schedule you with a provider in the first available slot.

Depending on the immediacy of your needs and the schedule of your
primary doctor, it may be necessary to see one of the other doctors or
our Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants.  Our nurses and
schedulers will always take the utmost of care to ensure you're
examined promptly.  Regardless of who conducts the exam, your primary
doctor is always apprised of your condition and treatment.

Make sure that you arrive in the office
10 to 15 minutes prior to your
scheduled time.  Bring a photo ID, your insurance cards, and your
payment for our services.  If you do happen to arrive late, we may need
to re-schedule you or see a different doctor in the next available time
slot.

You will receive a "reminder call" for any scheduled appointment with a
doctor.  If you need to change or cancel an appointment, we do ask that
you provide us with at least 24 hours advanced notice.

Our office hours are from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday Through Friday, and
we close for the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th
of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Day After, and Christmas Day.

The Lab opens 30 minutes earlier.  For those having Lab work done, the
order in which you arrive will be the order in which you are called back.

For health and safety reasons
we discourage patients from bringing
children into the exam rooms
as we do not have staff available to watch
them during your visit.
