- Our Main Phone Number is 941-629-5757.  It is answered 24 hours a
day, everyday.  When calling during regular practice hours, you will first
hear a menu of choices.  Please listen carefully for your desired option.  If
at any time you need assistance, “0” will transfer you to a helpful operator.

There are two options for Appointments.  Press 4 if you have an urgent
need and must see a doctor today.  Press 5 if you need to see a doctor at
the doctor’s next available time, but not necessarily today.  At times you
will be asked to leave a Voice Message.  This occurs when all available
employees are speaking with other patients.  Simply state your name and a
number at which we can call back.  Appointment calls will be returned in
less than one hour, if possible, and within two hours at peak times.  

To have a prescription refilled, first check the container to ensure the
prescription has 1 or more refills available.  If so, be prepared to read
information on the label before placing your call.  The fastest way to get a
refill is to request one from your pharmacy.  They will call us to confirm and
then fill your request.  Otherwise, you can call our Main Number and Press
2.  The Voice Message System will ask you for your name and for
information concerning the refill.  

If you have questions for the doctor or the doctor’s nurse, Press 6 and then
listen for your doctor’s name.  This will get you directly to the Nurse’s
Desk.  At times, your nurse will be working with the doctor and other
patients, so leave your name and number and your call will be returned.

For any questions about a bill you received or the status of your account,
Press 7 for the Business Office.

For all other matters, call the Main Number and Press 0 for the operator.

reply issued as soon as possible.
