existed since you first became a patient at Premier. It contains
your medical history at the practice as well as reports we receive
from diagnostic centers, hospitals, labs, and other doctors. The
federal government has encouraged use of electronic records as
the next step in modernizing and improving the quality of
healthcare.

only in the office, but also in any place of service where it is
available to them 24 hours of everyday.
